Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with packaging, accessories and labels; proof of purchase is required. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are covered separately below.

Four steps

1. Email [email protected] with order number, item and reason. 2. Add photos for anything damaged, defective or incorrect. 3. Wait for instructions and the confirmed return address. 4. Pack securely, ship with tracking and keep the receipt.

Free return shipping, no restocking fee

Return shipping costs are covered by us — the customer return fee is $0.00 for eligible returns — and no restocking fee is charged. Original standard shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund. Do not send an unauthorized return to the company contact address.

If something is wrong

Inspect the order when it arrives. Keep the item and packaging while we review, and include photos where practical. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Refund timing

We notify you when the return is received and inspected, and issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Banks and payment providers may add time before it appears.

Exchanges, cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability of the requested item and configuration. Contact us promptly for a cancellation; once fulfilment begins, the return process may apply.
