Delivery estimates for Tecvoria

Preparing and packing an order takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit after dispatch takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after order confirmation.

Cost

Standard shipping is free ($0.00) on every eligible US order, with no minimum purchase and no extra standard shipping charge. Nothing is added at checkout for standard delivery.

Destinations

We ship within the United States: the 50 states plus the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii (contact us before ordering if timing is critical for those two). Puerto Rico and other territories listed separately at checkout sit outside the enabled zone. APO/FPO/DPO addresses should be confirmed with us first. We do not ship internationally.

What happens next

After confirmation we prepare the item, pack it and arrange carrier pickup at 4100 4th Avenue S, Suite 118, Seattle, WA 98134, United States. Transit starts when the carrier takes the parcel. Tracking is shared when available; if the email does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your order reference.

Delays, address issues and damage

Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions and address problems can move a delivery date; we will explain the revised timing and the options that follow. Report a missing or damaged parcel within a reasonable time, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can investigate.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us for eligible returns: the customer return shipping fee is $0.00 and no restocking fee applies.
